Naachiaa Quarry & Granite Limited (NAAQUA) is also a subsidiary of Naachiaa Group of companies situated in Barekese, Ghana. Ghana as a developing country has so many ongoing infrastructural projects such as, Roads, Bridges, Hospitals, Schools, Industries, and Dams etc. either funded by Government of Ghana or other external financial agencies.

However, production of quarry chippings/aggregates which is the core raw material for these infrastructural projects in the country has never been enough to meet the nations demand. The low production capacities of individual Ghanaian quarry firms, coupled with the high demand of quarry aggregates in the country has always resulted in long queues before contractors are served. This problem leaves most of the projects meant to meet critical deadlines far behind schedule with huge financial losses to the detriment of the Ghanaian economy.

For this reason, Naachiaa Group of companies has primarily set up an ultra modern quarry and granite firm with the largest production capacity in West- African sub-region to cater for most of contractors quarry requirements. Indeed, it is the deliberate policy of NAAQUA to help the building and road construction industry in Ghana grow at a faster pace.

With our U.S branded Plant supplied by Smice International, our 3-stage Quarry Plant mills about 270 tons of rock per hour (approximately 110m3/hour).

Naachiaa Quarry and Granite Limited employs over 100 well trained professionals to handle its operations. So far, NAAQUA is deemed to be the biggest quarry in Ghana.

Our quarry site is located at Barekese in the Ashanti Region of Ghana, some few kilometers (or 25 minutes) from Kumasi.
